The Company will provide services as agreed upon in a written proposal or contract. The scope, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon before project commencement.
Quotes and Estimates: All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment Schedule: Payments are required as per the agreed-upon schedule, which may include deposits, milestone payments, or full payment before delivery.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as per the Company’s discretion.
The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, content, and feedback required for the timely completion of the project.
The Client is responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions and rights for any materials provided to the Company.
Ownership: All intellectual property created by the Company remains the property of the Company until full payment has been received.
Licensing: Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.
Revision Policy: The Company offers a specified number of revisions, as agreed upon in the project contract. Additional revisions will incur additional charges.
Scope Changes: Changes to the agreed-upon scope may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the course of the project. The Company will not disclose any Client-provided materials without prior consent.
By Client: The Client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice. Refunds, if any, will be at the Company’s discretion.
By Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or other valid reasons.
The Company will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
